With over $11k invested over the last 200 mi of ownership this is simply a W--O--W!
I CANNOT IMAGINE YOU'LL FIND A NICER LIKE YEAR/MILEAGE/PRICE POINT CAYENNE S OUT THERE FOR SALE OR NOT ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!
This Two-Owner 2015 Porsche Cayenne S w/ 103,034 as it sits is a second gen-92A E2 chassis. It will inarguably be the nicest like year/mileage/price point Cayenne S you'll find in existence. It's essentially not conceivable that a nicer market comp exist. This summary and attached photos will tell the tale. Over the last 200 mi of driving approx $11-$12k of parts/labor have been invested into this true thoroughbred. That investment has ranged from basic scheduled maintenance to going heads and tails above/beyond within every possible angle of automobile ownership. Once this summary has been digested a true auto enthusiast will fathom this vehicle's reality. You could take this '15 S to 20 Porsche dealerships and beg a Service Tech to find something they could upsell you on. They won't be able to.
This is a Florida born/initially raised Two-Owner Cayenne. Owner #1 lived in Lakewood Ranch and purchased it brand new from Suncoast Porsche in Sarasota. He religiously serviced it there sparing not one dollar per all dealership recommendations at every factory recommended service interval. It lived in the garage of his impressive home. The current Owner (Owner #2) purchased it privately on 4.16.20 at 70,680 mi. From that moment on it was serviced at Morong Porsche in Falmouth Maine. Again, not one dollar was ever spared for any/all recommended dealer proposed service items. Owner #2 religiously garaged it in Portland Maine at her impressive home. EVERY dealer service recommended item was again bought/paid for at Morong Porsche. All Morong hard copies were saved and are further catalogued here on top of those from Owner #1. All records have been arranged in chronological order but are also shown on the newly printed Carfax. This Cayenne has been a Garage Queen for both owners, both of which had no children or dogs/pets. Both were also non-smokers. Again, this Cayenne would fall in the far less than 1% of comparable market comps on every possible measurement level. That freshly printed Carfax and AutoCheck showcases an accident-free history.
To recap the current Owner #2's ownership; over the last roughly 32k mi Morong Porsche of Falmouth did the 80k mi service, the 90k mi service, and finally the 100k mi service before it was even due. Brand new Michelin tires (most expensive tire money can buy today) went on 7k mi. ago (Morong invoice incl) along with 4-wheel alignment (also performed at Morong Porche). The tires are still under warranty. A consumer will not get more mileage out of any other tire available. Morong also did new headlight bulbs ($800) and new taillight bulbs ($1,500). Beyond that all fluids and filters under Porsche's recommended service menu intervals were completed without hesitation.
Over the last 200 mi of driving a spared no expense preparation was accomplished going far above and beyond what an avg car owner could fathom with all invoices on hand to showcase:
1. New Porsche OEM replacement of upper timing cover bolts - extracted and replaced bank #1 and #2 upper timing cover bolts with revised hardware - performed extensive degreasing of both banks (part # N-910-971-01/hexagon bolt-screw x2, & 999-025-193-30/connect washer x2); about $12 in parts and $925 in labor

The spare wheel and jack/tools have never once been removed. Even the manuals are in perfect condition with not one bend to their crisp edges. This Cayenne is breathtaking on all levels.
Build spec:
At a window sticker MSRP of $80,000 (note second to final attached image) this Cayenne S is a nice build. The Cayenne S starts at $74,100 in '15. This is finished in "Jet Black Metallic" which is a $790 option. The Infotainment Package w/o HD Radio is $1,990 and incl Bose Surround Sound and Sirius XM. Park Assist (Fr & Rr) w/ Reversing Camera is $655, Automatically Dimming Mirrors w/ Memory CK is $420, & Seat Heating (Fr & Rr) is $1,050.
$19,900 owns it. It comes with both keys, all books/manuals, all Porsche dealer service records since brand new pristinely arranged in chronological order, factory spec build sheet, fresh Carfax and AutoCheck, professionally and freshly mixed bottle of touch-up paint, rear trunk pull shade, and the Maine State title in hand. The market comps you find to this online will be this thoroughbred's malnourished cousin limping around looking for an ounce of comparable love. I dare you to try to find anything even close in this Cayenne price point. You will not have success. If you do make a purchase bring it to me so I can tell you how much it will cost to get it into this mechanical/aesthetical condition.
