I'm John Noblett. I have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. I was building decks, fences and pergolas in the early 1980's, many of which were in the Eagle Mountain Lake area. I enjoy the satisfaction of seeing the look on the homeowner's face when you have successfully created what they see in their mind's eye. McNoble is insured with general liability. We have two main crews - our siding crew and our roofing crew. Our siding crew is run by co-owner Arron Taylor who currently oversees production. I work with homeowners to define the scope of work, drawings, dimensions, colors, etc. In the past year (2023) this crew completed two dozen complete reside projects, 14 metal carport covers, one screened enclosure, 32 exterior paint projects, 12 exterior decks (some with composite planking and railing systems), eleven replacement window projects, 17 insulation projects and dozens of others. All of these projects were completed by this same core team. Our roofing crew completed 212 re-roof projects in 2023.Our history is a testament to our reliability and drive for top quality service and product.
It is prudent for a homeowner to seek a free home inspection from McNoble as frequently as once a year and as often as after ever major storm. Chimney siding and brick maintenance are often overlooked by homeowners until the damage has progressed to noticable levels, water intrusion, rott, rodent intrusion.
