What is the phone number for United Healthcare Community Plan NC? ›

Bring your NC Medicaid ID card and UnitedHealthcare Community Plan ID card with you to every medical appointment. If you do not have your ID cards, please contact member service at 1-800-349-1855.

The New York State Medicaid Managed Care Plan is offered through UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. It's for New York State residents who meet the income or disability requirements. To find out if UnitedHealthcare Community Plan is offered in your county, please call 1-888-617-8979.

Called "NC Medicaid Managed Care," beneficiaries choose a health plan and get care through a health plan's network of doctors.

With your UnitedHealthcare UCard, it's easy to use your credit to: Shop at thousands of participating stores, including Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger, and CVS, or at neighborhood stores near you. Pay eligible home utility bills online or at your local Walmart MoneyCenter.

That means you're able to use your health insurance no matter where you are. It's important to make sure the providers you're seeing (and the care you're getting from them) is in your plan's network. That way, you're getting the full benefits of the plan, including lower out-of-pocket costs.
